Our next-gen acoustic tech integrates into Bramble CFD’s platform

Our advanced acoustic simulation technology has been integrated into Bramble CFD’s platform, offering automotive manufacturers a faster, more cost-effective solution for cabin noise reduction and aero-acoustics testing.

Reducing the more noticeable interior noise in electric vehicles will become a differentiator in the automotive market. Therefore this new capability comes at the right time, allowing automotive engineers to simulate and optimise acoustic performance cost-effectively.
The integration delivers full car aero-acoustics simulation at a lower cost and faster turnaround time.

  • Saves time as no additional CAD clean-up is required for acoustic mesh generation; the RANS surface mesh provides the geometry.
  • Provides aerodynamic broadband noise predictions based on steady-state RANS simulations.
  • Diffraction and refraction effects can be included in the model.

Bramble is a cloud platform for CFD simulations, providing support for the pre- and post-simulation process, increasing productivity and creating consistency between simulations.
