When ESOX needed expert aerodynamic analysis for their latest drone platform ahead of CES (Consumer Electronics Show), they turned to us. Our latest simulation tool, HiPer, delivered results that were showcased on one of the world’d biggest tech stages.

ESOX Group, a company at the forefront of defence technology innovation, had an ambitious goal to develop a new drone with optimised aerodynamic performance, and they needed it ready for presentation at this year’s CES in Las Vegas.

This high-profile event attracts global media coverage and over 100,000 attendees annually, featuring innovations spanning robotics, AI, smart home technology, automotive advances, digital health, and sustainable solutions.

With a tight timeline to maximise this showcase opportunity, traditional CFD approaches would have consumed valuable development time.

Our Solution

Zenotech’s engineering team deployed our new HiPer tool to tackle the aerodynamic simulation. HiPer’s streamlined workflow eliminated the time-consuming geometry processing and mesh generation stages that typically slow down simulations, enabling us to deliver rapid, accurate results.

This efficiency from HiPer helped the ESOX team to iterate quickly and make informed decisions about the drone’s design and aerodynamics.

The Results

This project demonstrates how our simulation tech can accelerate innovation cycles in the aerospace and defence sectors. The collaboration has been so productive that we’re now working with ESOX on additional design variants, providing deeper insights into the drone’s performance.
