Software Architecture and Security

James Sharpe is a specialist in computer science and software engineering. While at BAE Systems Advanced Technology Centre, James developed new mathematical algorithms for the latest high performance computing hardware and led development teams in Applied Intelligence – working at the forefront of cyber-security.   

James is the Zenotech lead for Software Architecture and Security (DevSecOps), with a focus on the efficient numerical use of modern hardware, including GPUs, CPUs, ARM, Intel and AMD hardware.  James is responsible for governance and regulation compliance as part of his role as Chief Information Security Officer, and oversees quality and validation operations.  James leads company programmes in AI and machine learning, and the provision of data as a service.
