Our noise and vibration lead, Dr Mark Allan, will be presenting our recent work on high order computational fluid dynamics (CFD) at the UK Acoustics Network special interest group (SIG) on “Computational Aeroacoustics”.
Mark Allan will be presenting initial findings of our ZCARS project, which is supported by Innovate UK. His talk on the use of CFD for aero-acoustics in the automotive and aerospace sectors is at 10.45 on Tuesday 20 March in Birmingham. The event is free to attend, but you need to register – find out more here.
The Zenotech team is excited to see so many recent advances in CFD techniques with modern many-core hardware making these simulations affordable for industry.
Our zCFD solver is now available offering affordable CFD at scale. zCFD is freely available for academic research, and there are a range of licences available to suit business needs.
Now you can watch zCFD in action – here’s a video of a high order CFD (DG) simulation using zCFD.
We hope you can make it to Mark’s paper, but if not feel free to contact us to find out more about zCFD.
